Wohoo. Jomlah kita BERTANi!

Tuesday, September 29, 2009 0
Ipoh christians are very hardworking. Especially teenagers.

They pour out their sweat and energy on the harvest field by going to the Pusat per.T A N I.an.

They sweat and sweat and sweat just to make sure Jesus is happy.

Look at all the toil and sweat. They're even laughing in their hard work. Wohoo! Jesus rocks!

See the guy on the right raising his hand, 'Hellyeah! I just managed to convert
the guy infront and now he's sweating so happy and dancing!'

WOAH! Thou shall not live on bread alone but on every beer bottle you consume.

Yes, what you witness in those pictures are real and we know you too. :)

But the words you read were purely sarcasm and if you are the one who's in there repent la.

If you were doing evangelism there at least wear the t-shirt MC sold engraved with 'I LOVE Jesus' so people will know you are christian and repent oso.

Sweat."

Not Aunty! but Miss!

Sunday, September 27, 2009 0
Another awesome week for Issachars championing 4 weeks consecutively.

But a heavy price to pay too cause last week i had a minor concussion running into a steel cupboard (BAM!) and our fearless LeeDah! scathed his knees on the carpet and skin comin off. (Ouch!)

Here he is,

Just look at that innocence! UAaaaa.
Don't be deceived by that Ah Piao's hairstyle and Alicia Keys smile or you'll be eating his dust in the tribalwars! muahaha.

Anyway, we went dinner last nite and something interesting happens.
There was a waitress serving and Matt asked her for chilly sauce,

Matt: Er, Aunty, can i have some chilly sauce?

Aunty: I'm not aunty, I am MISS.

When i heard that i just can't stop laughing. OMG. PAWNED!

Dude she looks like this,

How do you expect anyone to still call a person that age MISS?
But it was awesome cause i was pretty tired and it provided some entertainment.

Then the best part was when she came back our smart friend went and flame the flame! O Yeah!

Matt: Oh, sorry you're offended i call you Aunty ka?
Miss: ... (walks away)

PAWNNNNNNED! Double Kill! Ownage!! Godlike!

Welcome to the first segment of Ugly Truth a.k.a Kelvin version

Singel women needs encouragement too! So next time you go to a restaurant and see a middle aged woman serving you, examine her face and see whether her skin is silky smooth with a long face or a wrinkled one but with some motherly aura before you decide to call them aunty or MISS!

I wanted to comment on the lady's part, but er, better not. lol.

Music music & music

So beautiful

Poetry without words

Just need feelings to justify it

Understand it

And above all

Strolling in a park with it.

A moment of catharsis that just takes your breath away...

Nothing could beat that because it's so real.

It just sticks onto your heart like a glue, pulling every string of emotion attached to it.

Some exciting, sad, confused, scary, and etc.

It keeps memories too.

A song can contain a memory long forgotten.

That memory was stored when it went together with that song.

And it recalls back when that song is played. How wonderful...

Music O Music. Wheres art thou when i longeth thee?
Where art thou inspiration (french) that takes me to the top of Mengelembu mountain and the depths of MBI sewers?
Where art thou speakest into thy heart a melody that brings fond memories of chicken tauge and Ipoh white coffee...

I love music.

Right & Wrong

Wednesday, September 23, 2009 0
When i see life, i like to view it as right or wrong.

Yesterday something interesting happened. I went out to sort of like have a full discipleship day with 3 of my kids to celebrate Michael's birthday.

So we went to the CC (cyberacafe) and ended up playing 6 hours. Yeah...6 hours. Lol.

We had a good time. But 2 of them started to become fearful if their mom's find out they will be grounded or scolded. And the next thing they plan is hoping their mothers will avoid asking them where they went and what they did. One even wanted to lie...and the other said nothing as usual.
So i was listening interestingly to whatever solutions they had to get out of trouble. And out of that conversation one even would tell the mom they were in CC because the birthday boy wanted it. (Hmm smells like Adam and Eve in the garden once more).

What i want to say is that, sorry to use them as examples or narr, i'm not. haha. I realized the nature of our hipocracy surfaces when we know we are in trouble and desperate. Simple to say, our integrity breaks down when we face tremors of life even as simple as this.

I believe it is the same for all of us. We live and eat and most of the time talk like Peter.

I must warn you (Wah sound so serious) lol.

Yes, i must warn you to sometimes becareful of not judging others because the amount of hipocracy liesssss deep in your heart is as much or even worst than the person you are listening to.

We do not encourage wrong but be not the one to feel you are any better than the people you judge. Instead, encourage them to do what is right knowing that you would have done the same thing as them.

So back to the story, i told them to just tell the truth when their mother asks about it. If they got into trouble i would too cause i brought them there. Either way, what was right needed to be done. Then only the wrong can stand on the other side and watch without saying anything in return.

God bless. :)

A heavenly body.

Wednesday, September 16, 2009 0
2Co 5:4 While we live in this earthly tent, we groan with a feeling of oppression; it is not that we want to get rid of our earthly body, but that we want to have the heavenly one put on over us, so that what is mortal will be transformed by life.

If you read the rest of the verses below it's interesting to know that how one's faith can reach a level so intimate with God that his life no longer yearns for what is physical and existence in terms of matter and time becomes irrelevant.

2Co 5:8 We are confident, [I say], and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

Indeed when we surrendered our lives to Jesus, our flesh has been removed and though we exist outwardly yet inwardly we are clothed with the Holy Spirit.

Imagine a day passes by with us living the very lives we are going through not yearning anything more than being transformed into the perfect being, mastered nothing more than just given the gift of immortality by the Creator.

If only this knowledge is made known to every part of the world where people (i did not include young and old because they are all included) understood the life they were meant to exist for is just temporal here on earth, then at least the massacres, natural disasters, diseases, wars, famines, sufferings where no one can hear or respond will just be a weapon forged and used throughout the ages by the enemy. If only they knew their very Creator was always extending his hand telling his children, 'Just wait a little longer'.
Every tear he shed, every prayer he utters, every attention given in need of balance before the coming time.

The immortality that awaits everyone he created has been secretly kept hidden from many. And so they despair not having a life that is worth living according to their own standards.

O how foolish man has become. We, given knowledge from another human being strays further and further into darkness and reasoning becomes an act of defiance and no longer a sense of righteousness to protect and stand by the truth.

Only living by faith you are able to experience the longing for a heavenly body because neither do you possess anything which is of too much value to let go of. If only the compassion of God overflows in every of his disciples to tell them of such heavenly body prepared for them in eternity.

Then all will come to a perfect understanding that, when things happen,

ITS OKAY. :)
just stop, think and trust me you will smile about it because knowing that heaven is not the last stop, but it is the beginning and our true chapter of life.
