Dear all actors and musicians, we have come a long way and the journey is almost at an end.
Let's finish it with a bang! that the glory of God may be made known not to all but at least to a portion of people in our city.
But this is just the beginning and not the end. Let's make history in December by making 2 nights of unforgettable experience.

Project evaluation for budak Vil Sern and Tyrael

5 Things to evaluate on

1) Plot
2) Casting
3) Setting
4) Shooting
5) Editing & Publishing

1) PLOT
First of all the bell sound was irritating enough at the beginning and the title is like a horror movie. Ok la, the plot not bad but pretty shallow. I was expecting more from both of you. Perhaps if you had sat down and put a lil more twist into it then it'll be more interesting.
Dialogue wise is baddd. Dudes, i want to see the script! where is it?

2) CASTING
Ok la, since we're lacking of ppl in Infuse and i was on a holiday. lol.

3) SETTING
Choice of room is bad. It's so neat and nice plus he's a drinker and smoker. Furthermore lap tops are too high of a choice for him. Give him a cd player ma. Summore where got people wear the same clothes to sleep and mandi wear back the same wan.
Beer bottles make sure put water inside next time and don't fling it here and there. Lol.

4) SHOOTING
Some angles are good, but the creativity in different angles should be explored more.
One more important thing is that check the light exposure in your camera. Some are super bright and some too dark.

5) EDITING & PUBLISHING
Got too much noise la and clack clack noise whenever scene changes. Choice of music oso have to reconsider.

CONCLUSION
Can see the effort put in and not bad for the first time. Well, of course i always expect 2 of you to do better cause there's 2 of u la and not 1.
So please go and watch more movies and learn how to play with the camera angles and one thing i missed out! The arrangements of scenes are predictable because you did not use story board! Please use them next time so there'll be not too much randomness!

Ok la. Can pass.

Wohoo. Jomlah kita BERTANi!

Ipoh christians are very hardworking. Especially teenagers.

They pour out their sweat and energy on the harvest field by going to the Pusat per.T A N I.an.

They sweat and sweat and sweat just to make sure Jesus is happy.

Look at all the toil and sweat. They're even laughing in their hard work. Wohoo! Jesus rocks!

See the guy on the right raising his hand, 'Hellyeah! I just managed to convert
the guy infront and now he's sweating so happy and dancing!'

WOAH! Thou shall not live on bread alone but on every beer bottle you consume.

Yes, what you witness in those pictures are real and we know you too. :)

But the words you read were purely sarcasm and if you are the one who's in there repent la.

If you were doing evangelism there at least wear the t-shirt MC sold engraved with 'I LOVE Jesus' so people will know you are christian and repent oso.

Sweat."

Not Aunty! but Miss!

Sunday, September 27, 2009 0
Another awesome week for Issachars championing 4 weeks consecutively.

But a heavy price to pay too cause last week i had a minor concussion running into a steel cupboard (BAM!) and our fearless LeeDah! scathed his knees on the carpet and skin comin off. (Ouch!)

Here he is,

Just look at that innocence! UAaaaa.
Don't be deceived by that Ah Piao's hairstyle and Alicia Keys smile or you'll be eating his dust in the tribalwars! muahaha.

Anyway, we went dinner last nite and something interesting happens.
There was a waitress serving and Matt asked her for chilly sauce,

Matt: Er, Aunty, can i have some chilly sauce?

Aunty: I'm not aunty, I am MISS.

When i heard that i just can't stop laughing. OMG. PAWNED!

Dude she looks like this,

How do you expect anyone to still call a person that age MISS?
But it was awesome cause i was pretty tired and it provided some entertainment.

Then the best part was when she came back our smart friend went and flame the flame! O Yeah!

Matt: Oh, sorry you're offended i call you Aunty ka?
Miss: ... (walks away)

PAWNNNNNNED! Double Kill! Ownage!! Godlike!

Welcome to the first segment of Ugly Truth a.k.a Kelvin version

Singel women needs encouragement too! So next time you go to a restaurant and see a middle aged woman serving you, examine her face and see whether her skin is silky smooth with a long face or a wrinkled one but with some motherly aura before you decide to call them aunty or MISS!

I wanted to comment on the lady's part, but er, better not. lol.

Music music & music

Thursday, September 24, 2009 0
So beautiful

Poetry without words

Just need feelings to justify it

Understand it

And above all

Strolling in a park with it.

A moment of catharsis that just takes your breath away...

Nothing could beat that because it's so real.

It just sticks onto your heart like a glue, pulling every string of emotion attached to it.

Some exciting, sad, confused, scary, and etc.

It keeps memories too.

A song can contain a memory long forgotten.

That memory was stored when it went together with that song.

And it recalls back when that song is played. How wonderful...

Music O Music. Wheres art thou when i longeth thee?
Where art thou inspiration (french) that takes me to the top of Mengelembu mountain and the depths of MBI sewers?
Where art thou speakest into thy heart a melody that brings fond memories of chicken tauge and Ipoh white coffee...

I love music.

Right & Wrong

Wednesday, September 23, 2009 0
When i see life, i like to view it as right or wrong.

Yesterday something interesting happened. I went out to sort of like have a full discipleship day with 3 of my kids to celebrate Michael's birthday.

So we went to the CC (cyberacafe) and ended up playing 6 hours. Yeah...6 hours. Lol.

We had a good time. But 2 of them started to become fearful if their mom's find out they will be grounded or scolded. And the next thing they plan is hoping their mothers will avoid asking them where they went and what they did. One even wanted to lie...and the other said nothing as usual.
So i was listening interestingly to whatever solutions they had to get out of trouble. And out of that conversation one even would tell the mom they were in CC because the birthday boy wanted it. (Hmm smells like Adam and Eve in the garden once more).

What i want to say is that, sorry to use them as examples or narr, i'm not. haha. I realized the nature of our hipocracy surfaces when we know we are in trouble and desperate. Simple to say, our integrity breaks down when we face tremors of life even as simple as this.

I believe it is the same for all of us. We live and eat and most of the time talk like Peter.

I must warn you (Wah sound so serious) lol.

Yes, i must warn you to sometimes becareful of not judging others because the amount of hipocracy liesssss deep in your heart is as much or even worst than the person you are listening to.

We do not encourage wrong but be not the one to feel you are any better than the people you judge. Instead, encourage them to do what is right knowing that you would have done the same thing as them.

So back to the story, i told them to just tell the truth when their mother asks about it. If they got into trouble i would too cause i brought them there. Either way, what was right needed to be done. Then only the wrong can stand on the other side and watch without saying anything in return.

God bless. :)

A heavenly body.

Wednesday, September 16, 2009 0
2Co 5:4 While we live in this earthly tent, we groan with a feeling of oppression; it is not that we want to get rid of our earthly body, but that we want to have the heavenly one put on over us, so that what is mortal will be transformed by life.

If you read the rest of the verses below it's interesting to know that how one's faith can reach a level so intimate with God that his life no longer yearns for what is physical and existence in terms of matter and time becomes irrelevant.

2Co 5:8 We are confident, [I say], and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

Indeed when we surrendered our lives to Jesus, our flesh has been removed and though we exist outwardly yet inwardly we are clothed with the Holy Spirit.

Imagine a day passes by with us living the very lives we are going through not yearning anything more than being transformed into the perfect being, mastered nothing more than just given the gift of immortality by the Creator.

If only this knowledge is made known to every part of the world where people (i did not include young and old because they are all included) understood the life they were meant to exist for is just temporal here on earth, then at least the massacres, natural disasters, diseases, wars, famines, sufferings where no one can hear or respond will just be a weapon forged and used throughout the ages by the enemy. If only they knew their very Creator was always extending his hand telling his children, 'Just wait a little longer'.
Every tear he shed, every prayer he utters, every attention given in need of balance before the coming time.

The immortality that awaits everyone he created has been secretly kept hidden from many. And so they despair not having a life that is worth living according to their own standards.

O how foolish man has become. We, given knowledge from another human being strays further and further into darkness and reasoning becomes an act of defiance and no longer a sense of righteousness to protect and stand by the truth.

Only living by faith you are able to experience the longing for a heavenly body because neither do you possess anything which is of too much value to let go of. If only the compassion of God overflows in every of his disciples to tell them of such heavenly body prepared for them in eternity.

Then all will come to a perfect understanding that, when things happen,

ITS OKAY. :)
just stop, think and trust me you will smile about it because knowing that heaven is not the last stop, but it is the beginning and our true chapter of life.

Bring it on juices!

Thursday, August 13, 2009 0

A person leaves a legacy behind and his life has fulfilled what it was originated for. It is not a legacy that lasts for only short period of time. But it will continue its course until the end comes. But how far is one man ready to make a stand and rise up to the occasion and believes it can be done, furthermore risking his stature by casting visions to convince others to join venture in such daring tasks.

Life is not that hard. Two ways we can choose to live. One that requires strength, perseverance, patience, wisdom and all the qualities needed to fulfill and achieve a single purpose designated by God into his heart. The other is to live just as life leads and stand on the sideways of time as he watches the flow of events go by.

Man can say that visions are dreams that involve too many risks. And risks are calculated by the circumstances and routes required to achieve that vision.

Yet it only requires a small snowball to cause an avalanche when it starts rolling down the hill. Time is always against humanity and what more as a Christian. Legacies are fought and tried. They were not born of natural causes but through the beliefs and results it produces throughout time.

I have a vision that conquering the different dominions in our small city; I shall do my utmost by providing a small platform in the area of performing arts. Those who have the gifts of music, dance and acting I call upon you to believe just as I do. The future of the next generation lies in what legacy we leave behind. And I promise that before time turns me to ashes on my last day, a Christian Arts School will be established in Ipoh for many who have dreams and talents yet no hope of multiplying their gifts to God.

The Climb

Monday, June 15, 2009 0
Hannah Montana? Miley Cyrus?
I don't even know who this person is but coincidentally when i brought the kids out we initially wanted to watch monsters vs aliens but the movie was too late so we had no choice but to watch Hannah Montana.

I thought this was just gonna be another chick flick with not much brains and plenty of SS moments that audience wouldn't appreciate, but it turns out the other way.

It's amazing that God can use a movie that wasn't even on my list of must watch summer blockbuster to be an encouragement.

I received and sms that was truly unpleasant (i'm trying to be unscrutinizing and leaving out the emo details because ultimately all i can was it was a freaking POTONG STEAM)

But just that exactttt moment after i received that sms. Miley Cyrus started singing that last song 'The Climb' and i just stopped and look at the screen, completely frozen on my seat and paying full attention the the lyrics.

It was like time stopped and i have to admit it that though it was a secular movie but it felt as though God was speaking through that song.

Awesome...

P.S.
Check the movie out cause i felt it's worth watching. It's a better version of Princess Diaries. Once you've watched it you'll understand what i'm talking about. No silly romance or dialogue lines that make you feel like a 10yr old.

The Climb lyrics
Songwriters: Alexander, J; Mabe, J;

I can almost see it
That dream I am dreaming
But there's a voice inside my head saying
"You'll never reach it"

Every step I'm taking
Every move I make feels
Lost with no direction
My faith is shaking

But I gotta keep trying
Gotta keep my head held high

There's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be a uphill battle
Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose

Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb

The struggles I'm facing
The chances I'm taking
Sometimes might knock me down
But no, I'm not breaking

I may not know it
But these are the moments that
I'm gonna remember most, yeah
Just gotta keep going

And I, I got to be strong
Just keep pushing on

'Cause there's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be a uphill battle
Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose

Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb, yeah!

There's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be an uphill battle
Somebody's gonna have to lose

Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb, yeah!

Keep on moving, keep climbing
Keep the faith, baby
It's all about, it's all about the climb
Keep the faith, keep your faith, whoa

Predictable = Unpredictable

Sunday, May 31, 2009 0
The thing that is predictable in life is its unpredictability.
Things hit you when you least expect them to be, and yet, you need to stay alive.
The circle of life must be completed whether you are in it or not.

This reminds me so much of The Matrix.
Neo has to choose whether to return to the source and see the annihilation of Zion because he found out that actually it was not the first time the machines destroyed Zion but this was already the 6th time or believe that he can make the difference and end the war for the betterment of everyone in the future.

Choosing the path that leads to the source was simple because the choice was his, a personal choice that does not require others to make for him. It was a choice of logic.

But choosing the path to stay, traversing into unfamiliar grounds not knowing whether the war would end was another question he had to ask himself because it does not only affect his own life but the lives of the entire human race. It was a choice that requires faith...

I hope the final war in my life would end soon because like Neo, i have chosen the path of faith. And it hurts like hell.

Here we come!

Sunday, May 17, 2009 0
That's rite infusers!
Take a good look at the flag. We're going there to conquer it for Jesus. And this is a start to many nations for us to go. So start asking yourself how you can be apart of future missions that is ahead of us!

Might be Plans 2010:
1) Thailand
2) Cambodia
3) Australia

We pray you stop thinking which boy or girl to go out with,
How many A's you must achieve in your exams
Whether you can get an i-phone
Whether your life is worth living for because it does

The world is waiting for us. They are waiting for Jesus to come to their doorstep.

'One dream can't be achieve by one man but it takes an entire generation to realize it'.

CAMBODIA, here we come!!!
